• Basic technical data (browser/device information)
• Access flag in LocalStorage to remember purchase

We do not store your calculator input data on our servers unless explicitly stated in the product.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. HousingClarity does not store credit card details.

3. Cookies & LocalStorage

We use minimal storage and essential cookies required for the service and payment flow. We may use LocalStorage to remember paid access.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing behavior.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except where required for payment processing (Stripe) or legal compliance.

5. Data retention

We do not retain calculator input data unless explicitly enabled. Payment data is retained by Stripe according to their policies.
