• Does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
• Does not guarantee outcomes
• Does not replace professional consultation

All results are estimates based solely on user-provided input and assumptions stated within the tool.

3. No Financial Advice

HousingClarity is not a financial advisor. The service is for informational and decision-support purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• You understand results are projections
• You will not rely solely on the tool for major financial decisions

5. Payment & Access

HousingClarity may be sold as a one-time payment product. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Access is granted after successful payment. No subscription is required unless stated otherwise.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

HousingClarity and its owners shall not be liable for financial losses, loan rejections, market fluctuations, or indirect/consequential damages.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, calculations, and branding are the intellectual property of HousingClarity. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
